Practical Information
Our charming guesthouse, just a short distance from Giverny, is available for rent year-round.
Check-in
From 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. As we are not always on site, please let us know your preferred arrival time so we can welcome you and give you a tour of the house. If you arrive later, we can leave a key in the key box and coordinate your arrival by phone.
Check-out
For weekly rentals (Saturday to Saturday), check-out is 10:00 AM, allowing us to prepare the house for the next guests.
For weekend rentals (Friday to Sunday) or long weekends, if the house is not rebooked the same evening, you may stay until 6:00 PM.
Amenities
Bed linen is provided, and beds will be made upon arrival.
Towels are supplied in each bedroom.
A roll of toilet paper is provided in each WC, along with some dishwasher tablets.
A basic pantry (salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar, spices, etc.) is available in one of the kitchen cupboards.
On request, we can provide a travel cot for your baby. A high chair is available in the kitchen. Plastic dishes are also provided for our little visitors.
The house features a large 1,200 m² garden, a sunny terrace, and 3 parking spaces (two in the garden and one in the garage).

Heating and Electricity
Gas heating and electricity are included in the rental price. The house is heated to 20°C. Please do not adjust the boiler, increase the heating, or forget to turn off the lights.

Pets
Pets are not allowed in the house.
Parties and Events
The house is located in the town center. No parties are allowed, and for the comfort of our neighbors, please keep noise to a minimum on the terrace after 11:00 PM.
Check Availability
Booking the Guesthouse
You can book directly with us. Please contact us to check availability and rates. Your booking must be confirmed in writing (email or letter) with your full contact details (address, mobile phone, email) and the number of adults and children, including the children’s ages.
Upon receipt, the contract must be signed and returned to us by email within eight days of sending, along with a 30% deposit, which can be paid by bank transfer.
A security deposit of €1,000 will be requested in exchange for the keys. The deposit will be handed back on the day of departure.
The balance is due 30 days before arrival. If the balance is not paid by the due date, the booking will be considered canceled and the house will be re-rented. No refund of the deposit will be given.
For bookings made less than 30 days before arrival, the full rental amount must be paid at the time of booking.
